Our R&D provides the key to the development of new products and services tailored specifically for the production of distinctive and unique spirits.
Our mission within our R&D department is as follows:
- To select new yeast strains to enable new possibilities and aromatic profiles for craft distillers,
- To study new applications for existing yeast,
- To develop innovative nutrient formulations to improve fermentation and/or to enhance aromas,
- To develop specific enzymes solutions,
- To assist the distillers and to provide value-added services in the form of technical and scientificexpertise, as well as customized application tests.
