Lallemand Distilling will be attending the Australian Distillers Association (ADA) 2026 Conference, the premier annual gathering for Australia’s distilling community, taking place 16–18 June 2026 in Adelaide, South Australia.

Bringing together more than 500 Australian distillers and industry partners, the conference features a comprehensive two‑day program of technical sessions, business workshops and a dedicated trade show, alongside distillery tours and networking events celebrating the diversity and innovation of Australian spirits.

Lallemand Distilling will be present on the IMCD stand, where our team will be available to discuss fermentation solutions for spirits producers and to connect with distillers from across Australia and the wider Asia‑Pacific region.
