This major annual gathering brings together growers, distillers, researchers, and innovators driving the future of California‑grown agave – a fast‑emerging specialty crop and a uniquely dynamic industry in the state.

This year’s program features a full day of presentations, panels, and conversations exploring cultivation, processing, and market development within California’s agave sector.

Lallemand Distilling is proud to highlight the contribution of Roxanne Tibulorobo, who will serve as Moderator for “Basics for Successful Distillation” (Ballroom B, 2:00 – 2:50 pm). Her session will guide attendees through key technical principles of distillation, featuring insights from leading practitioners and experts in the field.
