DistilaBact™ LP is a Lactiplantibacillus plantarum specifically for use in managing sour mash development during the production of distilled spirits. The strain is easy to use and can be directly added into the mash, either as a co-inoculation with yeast or a few hours after the yeast dose.
DistilaBact LP has no impact on residual sugar levels at the end of the fermentation.
