CO.DE.AR is the first and only Congress of Argentine Distillers.
The congress of Argentine distillers is the first and only event in the country and throughout Latin America that brings together in one place the wide world of craft and industrial distillates.
This initiative arose in 2021 from the need to share ideas, news and best practices among distillers friends of Fratelli Faccin stills and La Chapita MDP. With the precedent of the previous year, the proposal was scaled and the growth was exponential.
The event welcomes attendees from the country and neighbouring countries such as Uruguay, Chile, Bolivia, Mexico and Ecuador.
Lallemand Distilling will be there as a sponsor, and our team will be more than happy to meet you!

CO.DE.AR es el primer y único Congreso de Destiladores Argentinos.
Co.De.AR. es el primer congreso de destiladores argentinos en el Miramar links golf club, con stands interesados en presentar sus productos el congreso de destiladores argentinos es el primer y único evento en el país y en toda latinoamérica que nuclea en un solo lugar al amplio mundo de los destilados artesanales e industriales.
Esta iniciativa surge en el año 2021 a partir de la necesidad de compartir ideas, novedades y buenas prácticas entre destiladores amigos de Fratelli Faccin alambiques y La Chapita MDP con el precedente del año anterior, la propuesta fue escalada y el crecimiento, exponencial.
El congreso conta con más de 200 oyentes del país y de países vecinos como Uruguay, Chile, Bolivia, México y ecuador, reafirmando así la idea de que somos el primer y único congreso de destiladores de Latinoamérica.
Lallemand Distilling estará presente como patrocinador, y nuestro equipo estará encantado de conocerle.

Lallemand Distilling is happy to be sponsor at the 2023 Artisan Distillers Canada Conference & Trade Show in Vancouver!
The ADC Conference & Trade Show will provide distillers the opportunity to connect with and learn from practice leaders, as well as trade representatives and technologists from all sides of the industry.The primary focus of the conference is on technical topics with a few pertinent business sessions thrown in for good measure, helping distillers become better at their art.

Afternoon: 1pm - 5pm (Lunch provided, starting at 12pm) - conference venue, UBC Robson Square.
Can distillers manipulate yeast flavors to their advantage? Can you increase throughput in a cost-effective manner, while simultaneously preparing raw materials and fermenting sustainably? Yeast biology is at the center of this workshop, as having a deeper understanding of yeast will allow distillers to better use the microorganism to their benefit. During this half-day session, the Lallemand team will guide a journey into yeast, flavor development and how to increase throughput, while taking sustainability into account. The workshop will showcase various whisk(e)ys from around the world in a tasting and evaluation session.

Rye whiskies are near and dear to Canadian customers and known around the world as a Canadian staple. What consumers do not know though, is how much love and effort goes into processing this small grain. During this session, Lallemand’s Haley Churchill will offer solutions to the challenges rye grains can cause during mashing, fermentation and distillation particularities. The session will address foaming and viscosity issues, while also advising how to maintain the sought-after spice character of rye.
